Our New Family Pics!

I hurried and snapped these pics just before we left for the reception. And to say the least, I was thrilled with how well they turned out for as big of a hurry as we were in. Well, Enjoy...

It's not hard to tell when Carter has had enough picture taking. He actually acted just like this for most of the night. I just have to laugh everytime I look at it. He always gives this little scowl with his eyebrows anytime he is bugged, He never really gets onery, but he sure looks like it...

Stephen & Nikki's Wedding!

All the boys

The first family picture with the newest member of our family... Congratulations Stephen and Nikki, We wish you guys the best!!!

All the kids together for some pics. Carter simply would not cooperate for pictures. In fact the only time I could get him to smile was when He was being naughty, or when He thought He was being naughty, ohhh that boy makes me smile...

The kids were starving half way through the night, and when Nicole came to the reception, Chase talked her into going and getting them some McDonalds. What a life saver!

Handsome Gentlemen!

I just have to add one little side note here about Colby. Colby loved the way he looked in his suit and asked me earlier in the night if he could wear it to church. I told him yes and didn't think much of it. Well, We had had a busy weekend with the wedding and all and Brian and I had decided that we were going to skip church that next morning. (shame, shame, I know...) Well morning came and while we were sleeping in, Colby came in and woke us up telling us that he was all ready for church, and HE WAS!!! He had it all on... shirt, pants, tie, vest, jacket all the way down to the shoes. I looked at Brian and He said, "Well I guess We better hurry and get dressed so we're not too late!" I'm am so proud that Colby was a good example, even when his parents might not have been. (shun... ;))

Warren Christmas Party!

My Grandma Blanchard's Neice, Melanie, threw a Family Christmas get-together a few weekends back. It was so much fun to see people I hadn't seen for a long while. Though I sometimes feel like I don't know my grandma's side of the family that well, I was amazed at how warm everyone made us feel. Everyone there was so hospitable. I can't remember the last time I felt so welcome in an unfamiliar place. Everyone was so nice and kind, and We had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely fabulous and seemed to be almost never ending. Everywhere you looked there was crackers and dips, cookies, soups, cornbread, hot chocolate, spiced wassail, and goodies galore. There were hills to go sleigh riding on, bon fires to stay warm by, and a neighbor of Melanie's even stopped by to give Horse & Sleigh rides. This was such a fun and enjoyable Christmas experience that I hope to be part of again. Thanks Melanie and everyone else who helped to make it such a great sucess!!!
